Ginger Tea



After reading Ms. Pam’s latest blog about remedies, I also want to share a traditional remedy in my country, the Ginger Tea. Although the Ginger Tea is not often used by the western people, it is a famous remedy in China. Because ginger can stimulate human’s circulation, people can use ginger for the treatment of fever or headache, it will help your body soon get rid of a cold and reduce pain.

Here’s a remedy of Ginger Tea, it is easy and fast for you to make it at home.

  • Prepare some thin slices of raw ginger
  • Boil 1 cup of water        
  • Put ginger slices into the cup and boil the ginger for at least 10minutes
  • Add 1 teaspoon of honey if you want





If this is the first time you hear about the Ginger Tea, I recommend you to try it just for relax yourself.
